You can withdraw your orders and effectuate the payment at our warehouse during these hours:

This is the procedure and the necessary documents for the withdrawal:
- While you choose the forwarder, select the option “Withdrawal at the warehouse”.
- It’s necessary to receive the confirmation E-Mail stating “order ready for pickup” before coming to the warehouse to pick the purchase.
- It will not be immediately possible to modify the order during the withdrawal.
- You have to pickup your order 5 working days after you received the confirmation E-Mail.
